Qualifications

• Education requirements listed (high school diploma or GED, 48 college credits, or associate degree or higher).
• Texas Educational Aide certificate or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and experience working with children.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional, behavioral, and personal care support to students with disabilities.
• Assist teachers with instructional activities, behavior supports, and required documentation.
• Support a safe, structured learning environment and supervise students.
• Assist with classroom materials, equipment maintenance, and substitute teacher orientations.
• Participate in professional development and school-wide activities.
