Family Entertainment Group is seeking a Ride Technician to ensure safe and reliable operation of all rides and attractions at our centers. You will perform routine inspections, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and uphold strict safety standards to deliver a seamless guest experience.

The role involves maintaining maintenance logs, supporting ride testing and installations, and communicating any safety concerns promptly to leadership.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and safety guidelines.
• 1+ year of experience in mechanical, electrical, or maintenance-related roles (amusement or ride experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on rides and attractions to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs in partnership with the Technical Manager or General Manager.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
• Assist guests with ride-related concerns in a professional and guest-focused manner.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to protect guests, team members, and company assets.
