Thrift Store Associate - Western Hills

St. Vincent de Paul – Cincinnati (SVDP) has served residents of Greater Cincinnati for over 150 years by providing basic needs such as food, medicine, and homelessness prevention through its outreach center in the West End and 53 parish-based volunteer Conferences. SVDP offers holistic direct assistance and systemic change services, treating neighbors in need with dignity and compassion.

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting with purchases, and promoting our products. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required, as training is provided.

This role offers the opportunity to interact with a diverse customer base, including English and Spanish speakers. Fluency in both languages is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers in product selection
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Process, sort, and price donations
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and ensure proper merchandise display
• Respond to customer inquiries

Experience:
