Thrift Store Associate - Mason

We are currently hiring for donation attendants, cashiers, clothing taggers, clothing stockers, and household item pricers at the Mason Thrift Store.

St. Vincent de Paul – Cincinnati (SVDP) has served residents of Greater Cincinnati for over 150 years, providing basic needs such as food, medicine, and homelessness prevention through its outreach center and parish-based volunteer Conferences. SVDP offers holistic direct assistance and systemic change services, treating neighbors in need with dignity and compassion.

We seek a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting with purchases, and promoting our products. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

Key duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist customers in finding and selecting products
  • Process sales transactions accurately
  • Process, sort, and price donations
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Stock shelves and ensure proper merchandise display
  • Answer customer inquiries

Experience in retail sales is preferred but not necessary; training will be provided.
