You will greet customers, assist donors, restock merchandise, and drive sales through rewards programs while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling across the week and requires the ability to handle transactions efficiently and address customer concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Support donors and direct them to donation drop-off areas.
• Restock merchandise and maintain Goodwill's visual standards on the sales floor.
• Promote Goodwill Rewards and Round-Up programs.
• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Keep sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout area clean and organized.
• Follow store policies including safety guidelines and occupancy limits.
