The Salvation Army USA Central Territory in Wisconsin is looking for a friendly Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, manage transactions, and maintain organized displays. You will greet customers and donors, operate the register, restock merchandise, and help create a welcoming shopping environment in our thrift store.

The role is part-time (25 hours per week) with evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly customer service.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
• High school diploma or currently pursuing.
• Preferred: prior retail or thrift store experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Operate the register and process sales transactions accurately.
• Help open, close, and balance the register as assigned.
• Restock merchandise and keep displays neat and easy to shop.
• Help sort, prepare, and move merchandise to the sales floor.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and organized.
• Work with team members to support daily sales and production goals.
