Job summary

Texas Thrift Arlington, TX #171 - ALTN is hiring a Production Lineworker to process donated merchandise in the production room and prepare items for resale on the floor.

This full-time role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and willingness to be cross-trained across Production, Front End, Sales Floor and Loading Dock duties to meet daily demand. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 7:30AM–4:00PM with weekends off, and benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for full shifts.
• Must provide two valid forms of ID (e.g., State ID, Social Security Card).
• Full-time position (40+ hours weekly) with a daily production schedule.

Responsibilities

• Process donated merchandise in the production room for the retail floor.
• Assist with cleaning, sorting, hanging, and stocking items.
• Support cross-training across Production Duty, Front End Duty, Sales Floor Duty or Loading Dock Duty as needed.
• Work overtime as required by business needs.
