Job summary

Texas Thrift Hurst is hiring a full-time Production Lineworker to process donated merchandise in the production room and prepare items for the sales floor. You may be assigned to Production Duty and will work Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM with weekends off.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing all day, and flexibility to shift tasks as needed by management. Benefits begin after 90 days, with cross-training across areas.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Full-time position (40+ hours weekly) with benefits after 90 days.
• Shift: Monday–Friday 7:30AM–4:00PM; Saturdays and Sundays off.
• Must have two valid forms of ID (State ID, USA Passport, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, or Permanent Resident Card).

Responsibilities

• Process donated merchandise in the production room.
• Sort, hang, and stock merchandise to replenish the sales floor.
• Assist with cleaning the sales floor and other duties as needed.
• Be cross-trained to cover multiple areas per daily business needs.
