Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Washington Township, Michigan is seeking a part-time Retail Store Processor to process and prepare donated goods, keep the store organized, and help meet production goals.

You will sort, tag, and price merchandise, track production numbers, move processed items to the sales floor, load and unload trucks, and maintain clean work and storage spaces while working with a team to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or actively pursuing.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise
• Help track and report production numbers
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor
• Receive trucks and assist to load, unload and move product to the correct departments
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces
• Work together with team members to meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock
