Qualifications

• Ability to process donated merchandise.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, bend/reach and lift/move merchandise.
• High school diploma or currently pursuing school.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise.
• Help track and report production numbers.
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor.
• Receive trucks and assist to load, unload and move product to departments.
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces.
• Work with team to meet daily production goals.
