Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Oxford, MI is seeking a part-time Retail Store Processor to help process and prepare donated goods, keep the store organized, and support production goals.

You will sort, tag, price merchandise, track production numbers, move items to the sales floor, and assist with truck loading. Paid training, coaching, and opportunities to build retail and customer service skills are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to process donated merchandise.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise.
• Help track and report production numbers.
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor.
• Receive trucks and assist with load/unload and movement to departments.
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
