Job summary

Red White & Blue Thrift is hiring a full-time janitor to maintain cleanliness and organization across the thrift store. You will clean the sales floor, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, performing sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and surface cleaning to uphold high standards.

• Previous thrift/retail/warehouse or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect the sales floor, restrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and surface cleaning to maintain high standards.
• Empty trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal and separation of waste.
• Retrieve and return shopping carts or baskets to designated locations for customer use.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas throughout the shift.
