The Campbell's Company is seeking a Thrift Store Associate in Utah to deliver a positive shopping experience while supporting daily retail operations. You will handle transactions, assist with inventory, and ensure shelves are stocked and well-presented.

Responsibilities include operating POS systems, maintaining product rotation, resolving customer concerns, and collaborating with the Store Coordinator and teams to ensure smooth store performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of cashier experience.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to accurately operate a cash register and handle transactions.
• Ability to lift and move cases, products, and inventory safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and scales accurately and efficiently while processing customer transactions.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service.
• Stock shelves with products received from production areas and warehouse locations.
• Maintain proper product rotation to ensure freshness and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with inventory management, product ordering, and restocking activities.
• Safely lift, move, and organize cases, inventory, and merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive sales floor, counter, and storage areas.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and courteously.
• Communicate customer feedback, concerns, and operational issues to the Store Coordinator.
• Follow cash handling procedures and maintain transaction accuracy.
• Support store operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
