Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and scales accurately while processing customer transactions.

• Maintain proper product rotation to ensure freshness and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with inventory management, product ordering, and restocking activities.
• Safely lift, move, and organize cases, inventory, and merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive sales floor, counter, and storage areas.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and courteously.
• Communicate customer feedback, concerns, and operational issues to the Store Coordinator.
• Follow cash handling procedures and maintain transaction accuracy.
• Support store operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.

As a Thrift Store Associate, you will provide a positive shopping experience for customers while supporting daily retail operations. What You Bring To The Table… (must Have)

• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail operations.

Compensation

• Pay: $18.45 per hour
• Location: 901 N. 200 W. Richmond, UT 84333
• Part-Time Position
• Typical Schedule:
• Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Friday: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
