Job Summary

Our associates at Red, White, and Blue Thrift perform a range of tasks essential to our retail operations. These positions require attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The roles are full-time, with medical benefits available after 90 days of employment. Brief descriptions of our positions are below.

Available Positions

• Facilities Associates: Unloading/loading trailers, operating a trash compactor, baling machine, and janitorial duties. This position is labor-intensive.
• Production Associates: Pre-sorting donations, sorting, pricing, hanging, tagging, attaching sensors, and distributing merchandise.
• Sales Floor Associates: Cashier, Sales Floor, and Donation Center Attendant roles.
• Other roles include: Box Truck Driver, Dispatcher, and Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in thrift, retail, warehouse, back-of-house, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely perform job functions, including meeting productivity standards.
• Must occasionally lift and carry 40-70 lbs, frequently exert up to 25 lbs, and handle objects with manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in repetitive motions and fine motor skills.
• Balance, agility, visual acuity, and ability to work in a noisy, brightly lit environment.
