Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a Thrift Store Associate to join our Idaho-based thrift store team. You will help customers, ring up sales, and keep the sales floor organized by sorting, pricing, and stocking donated merchandise.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we offer a friendly, caring workplace. Weekend availability is required, and you will gain experience handling cash and processing payments while supporting our mission to serve Idaho’s youth.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to WOW customers.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch at the thrift store location.
• Operate cash registers and process payments (cash/credit/check).
• Sort, price, and stock donated merchandise for sale.
• Assist with loading/unloading and moving merchandise as needed.
