Job Summary
Our associates at Red, White, and Blue Thrift perform a range of tasks and processes essential to our retail operations. Th ese position s require attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The roles are full-time, and medical benefits become available after 90 days of employment. Brief descriptions of our positions can be found below.
Our Facilities Associ a tes may be assigned to the following tasks:
Unloading and loading trailers, operating a trash compactor, operating a baling machine, and janitorial duties. The Facilities Associate position is labor intensive.
Our Production Associates may be assigned to the following tasks:
P re-sorting donations, sorting , pricing, hanging, tagging, attaching sensors , and distributing merchandise to the floor.
Our Sales Floor Associates may be assigned to the following role s:
Cashier, Sales Floor, and Donation Center Attendant.
Other available positions include:
Box Truck Driver, Dispatcher , and Supervisor.
