Job summary

M&M Management is seeking a friendly Store Associate for Azusa, CA to join two departments: Sales Floor and Backroom & Processing. Roles include cashiering, assisting customers, stocking, pricing, and processing donated goods.

Both part-time and full-time shifts are available, with health benefits and growth opportunities. Employees may be asked to perform a pre-hire physical, and will be part of a larger team that values reliability, teamwork, and service.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role for store associate.
• Must be able to stand, lift and organize merchandise.
• Customer service oriented and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Ring up customers, answer questions at checkout, and ensure transactions run smoothly.
• Help customers discover items and create a welcoming floor experience.
• Keep sections organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Merchandise donated goods to keep the floor fresh and shopable.
• Sort, inspect, and price incoming merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Prepare goods for the floor by organizing and tagging.
• Maintain efficient backroom operations so the sales floor remains well stocked.

What you’ll do

We have two departments at this location that you could be considered for.

Sales Floor

• Ring up customers, answer questions at checkout, and make every transaction feel easy
• Help customers discover items and create a welcoming experience on the floor
• Keep your section organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing
• Merchandise donated goods so every corner of the floor stays fresh and shoppable

Backroom & Processing

• Sort, inspect, and price incoming merchandise quickly and accurately
• Prepare goods for the floor by organizing and tagging
• Keep the backroom running efficiently so the sales floor never runs dry
