Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead staff training and supervision as assigned.
• Meet production and sales goals through strategy.
• Maintain store appearance, safety, and security.

• Control shrinkage with product procedures.
• Develop customer relations and retention plans.
• Create a positive shopping experience.
• Support banking and record-keeping procedures.
• Communicate with Store Manager on operations.
• Contribute to personnel reviews and actions.
• Flexible to work early/late shifts; weekends.
