You will collaborate with Pricer Support and team members to ensure consistent pricing standards, accurate records, and efficient workflows across all product categories in a fast-paced thrift environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail pricing or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate product value and market trends.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in pricing assessments.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using pricing tools and software applications.
• Knowledge of thrift store operations and merchandise categories is a plus.

• Monitor inventory levels and adjust prices as necessary to optimize sales and inventory turnover.
• Maintain documentation and records of pricing decisions and adjustments.
• Communicate pricing strategies and updates to team members and management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding pricing guidelines, customer service and safety.
• Support store initiatives and promotions through effective pricing strategies and timely execution.
