Job summary

Red White and Blue Thrift is seeking a Pricer who will set prices for donated merchandise, assess value based on condition and market trends, and apply pricing strategies to maximize sales while staying competitive.

You will collaborate with Pricer Support, maintain pricing documentation, monitor inventory levels, adjust prices as needed, and communicate pricing changes to the team to support store initiatives and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail pricing or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate product value and market trends.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in pricing assessments.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using pricing tools and software applications.
• Knowledge of thrift store operations and merchandise categories is a plus.
