Job summary

Kiddie Academy of Longenbaugh-Cypress in Cypress, TX is seeking an experienced Three-Year-Old Teacher for the opening shift. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and comfortable guiding preschoolers in a warm, structured environment.

You will implement developmentally appropriate activities, maintain active supervision, and communicate with families and co-teachers while supporting administration to meet licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of classroom experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred.
• Experience working specifically with preschool-aged children, particularly three-year-olds.
• Strong classroom management and positive behavior guidance skills.
• Familiarity with Texas Minimum Standards.
• Ability to supervise children and ensure safety at all times.
• Team player willing to help where needed.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to complete employer-provided training.
