Job summary

Atrium Hospitality at Normal Marriott in Normal, IL is seeking a part-time guest service associate. You will greet guests, manage dining reservations, and take and deliver food and beverage orders with attentive service.

Responsibilities include processing payments, reporting tips, maintaining dining area cleanliness, and assisting with guest inquiries. Flexible scheduling includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer service, restaurant, or cashier experience (preferred).
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability including days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
