Job summary

Sigma Defense Systems seeks a Threat Systems Subject Matter Expert (SME) to serve as a technical and operational authority on threat systems and their application within test and training environments.

The role requires an Intelligence Community background, strong RF knowledge, and the ability to translate ambiguous objectives into actionable technical solutions, coordinating across multiple teams to deliver credible threat representations.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive Intelligence Community experience and threat domain knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous requirements into actionable threat representations.
• Must communicate complex threat concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for threat systems and representations.
• Translate customer objectives into technically executable requirements.
• Coordinate with intelligence, engineering, and training teams to deliver threat capabilities.
• Develop technical reports, assessments, and executive briefings.
• Engage customers to clarify objectives when requirements are incomplete or ambiguous.
• Maintain awareness of evolving threat systems and intelligence assessments.
