DriveWealth seeks a Security & Threat Operations Manager to build and mature the function protecting our trading platform and corporate environment. Reporting to the CIO, you will grow the team, define its operating model, and drive threat detection, incident response, and exposure management.

In this leadership role, you’ll own detection content, automate responses, coordinate across engineering and product teams, and guide governance to meet regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in security ops with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience as Incident Commander during major security incidents.
• Strong threat intel, content development, and defensive validation.

Responsabilités

• Mature security operations with measurable roadmap and governance.
• Own threat detection, investigation, and intelligence capabilities.
• Lead incident response lifecycle as Incident Commander.
• Oversee exposure management and control operations.
• Ensure regulatory controls with SEC/FINRA alignment.
