Job summary

RMGS, Inc. is recruiting a Threat & Risk Assessment Specialist based in Quito, Ecuador, with in-country travel required and contingent upon contract award.

The role focuses on designing structured threat-assessment methodologies and establishing risk-classification criteria for justice-sector personnel and infrastructure. The position requires at least 5 years in threat or vulnerability analysis within law enforcement or intelligence contexts, plus Spanish proficiency and the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in threat and/or vulnerability analysis in a law-enforcement or intelligence context.
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT / Tier 2) determination.

Responsibilities

• Design and stand up a structured threat-assessment methodology for justice-sector personnel and infrastructure.
• Establish risk-classification criteria and a repeatable assessment process.
• Conduct protective-intelligence analysis to identify, assess, and manage threats.
• Feed assessed risk into protection planning and the centralized risk-information system.
• Train counterpart analysts to apply the methodology.
