Job summary

Credit One Bank in Las Vegas seeks a Lead Threat Intelligence Analyst to identify and counter cyber threats to the bank’s assets, infrastructure, and operations. You will conduct all-source analysis and digital forensics to detect and counter malicious actors, and lead the Insider Threat Program implementation.

The role requires a strong background in threat intelligence, analytics and communication with stakeholders, and the ability to work independently within a regulated financial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Digital Forensics, Cyber Security or related field.
• 3+ years of threat intelligence experience including analyzing security vulnerabilities, exploitation techniques and malware behaviors.
• 8+ years in technology, cyber security, and/or information security.
• Subject matter expert-level understanding of the threat intelligence cycle and collection management, including dark/deep web.
• Understanding of IP network traffic and vulnerabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
• Experience with host and network-based protection technologies.
• Proven ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain the Threat Intelligence program.
• Identify and analyze TTPs to provide actionable information for defense measures.
• Collect and analyze internal and external data sets and operationalize findings.
• Monitor industry threats and risks relevant to the Bank.
• Develop executive level briefings with security recommendations.
• Lead cyber security meetings with internal and external partners.
• Lead initiatives to detect and mitigate attack surfaces.
• Lead implementation of the Insider Threat Program in Information Security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
