Job summary

Accenture PLC in the United States is seeking a Threat Informed Defense Senior Manager to lead a global cyber threat intelligence program. You will own the capability that turns intelligence into defensive outcomes across Accenture's security stacks and client environments.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in cyber threat intelligence and 5+ years leading teams, with hands-on work across TIP, SIEM, SOAR and EDR, and familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cyber threat intelligence, threat-informed defense, detection engineering, threat hunting, or security operations.
• 5+ years leading technical teams, including second-line leadership.
• 5+ years working knowledge of TIP, SIEM, SOAR, and EDR and how intelligence is operationalized across them.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with structured threat data and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• 5+ years experience defining data structures, schemas, or normalization standards across tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical and engineering core of a global cyber threat intelligence program.
• Structure threat data for consumption across TIP, SIEM, SOAR, and EDR.
• Assess client capabilities, recommend improvements, and implement architecture standards.
• Govern analytic and engineering tradecraft and shorten the gap between adversary actions and defensive response.
