Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Threat Informed Defense Senior Manager to lead a global intelligence-to-defense program. You will structure, normalize, and operationalize threat data to drive detection, hunting, and response across TIP, SIEM, SOAR, and EDR for Accenture and clients.

You will define threat actors, campaigns, TTPs, malware, and telemetry schemas, assess client defenses, and shape architecture that makes intelligence machine-consumable at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cyber threat intelligence, threat-informed defense, detection engineering, threat hunting or security operations.
• 5+ years leading technical teams, including second-line leadership.
• 5+ years working with TIP, SIEM, SOAR and EDR and how to operationalize intelligence.
• 5+ years with structured threat data and MITRE ATT&CK framework modeling.
• 5+ years shaping data structures, schemas, or normalization across tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead threat intelligence programs and turn intelligence into defensive outcomes.
• Define data structures and standardize threat data across tools and platforms.
• Assess client capabilities, recommend improvements, and drive architecture standards.
• Govern analytic and engineering tradecraft to shorten adversary-action to defense gap.
