What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize their value from BioCatch solutions
2. Provide subject matter expertise to drive the use of BioCatch in achieving strategic plans
3. Collaborate with customers and BioCatch Data Science to enhance fraud detection rates
4. Educate potential and new customers on BioCatch and Behavioral Biometrics
5. Deliver insights on fraud detection performance and share learnings with internal teams

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
2. Experience with fraud departments in financial institutions and/or fraud monitoring tools
3. Proficiency in SQL at an intermediate/advanced level
4. Strong presentation skills with a proven record of engaging diverse audiences
5. Availability for travel in North America to meet customers and lead workshops
