Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect threads for conformance to specifications.
• Ensure gauges/instruments are calibrated and maintained.
• Store gauges properly before and after shifts.
• Spot-check other processes for quality conformance and report findings.
• Mark threads for identification and traceability.
• Verify material per Work Order.
• Fill out Daily Production/Inspection Reports.
• Follow the Quality System instructions.
