Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Threading Operations Supervisor for the OCTG manufacturing facility in South Texas. This hands-on role oversees a 25–50 person threading team across two lines and four CNC threaders, ensuring API 5CT compliance and premium/semi-premium threading quality.

The position is on-site with AM/PM shifts, offering $100K+ base plus paid OT, relocation assistance, and a full benefits package. Candidates must have 5+ years of OCTG threading leadership and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OCTG threading leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of semi-premium connections; GBCD strongly preferred.
• Experience supervising large teams in a 24/6, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate and hold teams accountable.
• Willingness to relocate to South Texas; relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily OCTG threading operations across two lines and four CNC threaders.
• Lead, coach and hold accountable a 25–50 person production team in a high-volume, 24/6 operation.
• Oversee GBCD and/or semi-premium threading operations and ensure quality requirements are consistently met.
• Monitor threading quality using gauges, optical comparators and API/premium thread inspection equipment.
• Drive production throughput, cycle-time improvement and downtime reduction.
• Work closely with Quality and Maintenance to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
• Monitor production metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct safety meetings, address hazards and maintain a strong safety culture.

A leading OCTG manufacturer is seeking an experienced Threading Production Supervisor to lead a high-volume OCTG threading operation. This is a hands‑on, shop‑floor leadership role for someone with deep OCTG threading experience who can lead teams, solve production issues, and drive quality, safety and throughput.

You’ll supervise a 25–50 person threading team across two production lines and four CNC threaders, ensuring products meet API 5CT and semi‑premium connection requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise daily OCTG threading operations across two lines and four CNC threaders.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of OCTG threading leadership experience.
• Drill pipe experience alone will not be considered.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of semi‑premium connections; GBCD strongly preferred.
• Experience with CNC threading machines; Mori experience is a plus.
• Experience supervising large teams in a 24/6, high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of API 5CT and premium/semi‑premium thread inspection and quality requirements.
• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate and hold teams accountable.
• Willingness to permanently relocate to South Texas; relocation assistance provided.
