Job summary

Relyans Max Group in Michigan is seeking a Thread Roll Operator to join the Thread Rolling department. You will operate thread roll machines, follow work instructions, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

The role requires basic math, ability to read blueprints, lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to safety standards. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills to include decimals and fractions.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Equivalent 6+ months of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Starts, stops, and feeds the machines and monitors operation.
• Perform basic tool adjustments and clean up of machines.
• Grip and operate various hand tools.
• Follow 6-S principles.
• Performs Statistical Process Control (SPC) checks per specification.
• Ability to understand and measure parts using micrometers and calipers.
