Referment is hiring a Thought Leadership Associate to drive external communications around markets, economics and technology. You will manage content from idea through review and publication, collaborating with investment researchers, technologists and colleagues across investor relations, media, and legal/compliance.

This role blends analytical research, editorial judgment and project delivery beyond pure copywriting, and offers opportunities to shape fundraising, recruitment and corporate

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2–5 years' experience combining research, analytical thinking, writing and project management.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with exacting standards.
• Ability to analyse unfamiliar subjects rigorously, think critically and learn quickly.
• Collaborative style and confidence working across disciplines and seniority.

Responsabilidades

• Manage drafting and review of white papers, speaking materials, presentations and shorter-form content.
• Work with subject-matter experts to turn complex ideas into clear, credible communications.
• Coordinate input and approvals across investor relations, media communications, and legal and compliance.
• Develop and deliver projects that improve sourcing, production and amplification of content.
• Build relationships across the business to uncover topics and turn them into thought-leadership ideas.
