Referment is partnering with a global investment and technology firm to add an associate to its Thought Leadership team within External Communications. The role involves managing the drafting and review of white papers, speaking engagements, presentations, and short-form materials.

You will collaborate with colleagues across investment research, technology, Investor Relations, Media Communications, and Legal and Compliance, and develop and deliver projects that support sourcing, amplification,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Quantitative discipline valued; learning agility and rigorous analysis matter most.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to think critically and drive projects across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage drafting and review process for white papers, speaking engagements and presentations, and short-form materials.
• Collaborate with colleagues across investment research and technology, plus Investor Relations, Media Communications, and Legal and Compliance.
• Conceive, manage, and deliver projects that support the team's content sourcing, amplification initiatives, and infrastructure.
• Build relationships across the firm to identify and execute new thought leadership ideas.
