• Excellent writing and editing skills with demonstrated storytelling ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage, train, and coach direct reports.
• Advanced knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Working knowledge of Wordpress/CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning and development of the firm's thought leadership and internally-produced content calendar, aligning production timelines with editorial strategy and firmwide goals.
• Identifies editorial and media-worthy themes in collaboration with the Director, tying milestones to industry conversations.
• Writes, edits, and positions external communications to elevate the firm's brand and objectives.
• Translates themes into actionable projects for coordinators and freelancers.
• Manages content strategy and production for firm publications.
• Contributes writing to articles, blogs, newsletters with principals and teams.
• Manages social media content tied to thought leadership and milestones, platform-specific optimization.
• Collaborates to ensure voice continuity across platforms.
