Position Overview

Archbold South Georgia Surgical is seeking a BC/BE Thoracic (non-cardiac) Surgeon to join their established practice. The team of six surgeons and medical staff focus on innovative, compassionate care, emphasizing minimally invasive procedures.

Position Details

• Elective Thoracic Practice
• Experience with minimally invasive techniques required
• Shared 1:6 call with General Surgery, including emergency and trauma cases (Level Three Trauma Center)
• Utilization of Intuitive Surgical ION Platform and NaviBronch with three full-time pulmonologists and a Lung Nodule clinic
• Access to a full oncology center through Emory-Winship Cancer Center partnership and Cesium Mesh availability
• Three daVinci Xi Robotic Surgery units with dedicated block time
• Teaching and co-surgeon opportunities on Xi Robotic units
• Mentorship from experienced General/Thoracic Surgeons with extensive robotic case experience
• Dedicated PA support for clinic and OR
