THORACIC SURGERY - PHOENIX, AZ

Join an established thoracic surgery program in Glendale (Phoenix metro) in partnership with Biltmore Cardiology. This employed position focuses on non-cardiac thoracic surgery, joining a team of 2 cardiothoracic surgeons. Physician-led structure with centralized administrative support.

COMPENSATION

• Total First Year: $550,000 - $750,000+
• Includes: Competitive base, wRVU production bonus, sign-on bonus, relocation

• Full administrative support: marketing, business development, billing, credentialing
