Location: North Georgia - Atlanta Region
Seeking an experienced Thoracic Surgeon to direct the Lung Cancer Program.
The ideal candidate will offer a proven background focused on program growth and leadership combined with experience in the use of advanced technologies and surgical innovations to build upon and support the Program’s commitment to excellent outcomes for patients and their families. This individual will collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and administrators to create and maintain a culture of patient centeredness emphasizing quality, safety, and efficiency.

Over the past decade, the Cancer Institute has become one of the largest and most respected providers of cancer care in the Southeast with over 15,000 new cancer cases in 2023 and services provided at over 55+ locations.
This system is comprised of five hospitals and an extensive network of state-of-the-art healthcare facilities in Atlanta and the surrounding Metro-Atlanta area, having more than five million patient encounters annually. The system has 1,890 beds, more than 350 outpatient locations throughout the state, more than 26,000 employees, and 4,100 physicians on staff.
