ChristianaCare’s Helen F. Graham Cancer Center & Research Institute in Newark, Delaware seeks a BC/BE Thoracic Surgeon to join our established team, starting July 2027.

The role integrates clinical service, resident education, and multidisciplinary care within a leading cancer program at a major health system. The successful candidate will participate in clinical rounds, surgeries, and tumor conferences, with opportunities for academic work and national involvement alongside a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• BC/BE Thoracic Surgery credential. Must be licensed in the required states.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care rounds and operative procedures as part of the thoracic team.
• Collaborate with the Chief of Surgery and Medical Director to deliver high-quality clinical service.
• Participate in resident education and multidisciplinary conferences.
• Share on-call duties with other thoracic surgeons within the team.
• Contribute to scholarly activities and publications in peer-reviewed journals.
