This individual will collaborate with Northside physicians, clinicians and administrators to create and maintain a culture of patient centeredness - emphasizing quality, safety and efficiency while actively promoting NHCI's multidisciplinary approach to patient care as a local, regional and national leader in innovation and collaboration.
Over the past decade, Northside has established a reputation of excellence in oncology. Northside Hospital Cancer Institute (NHCI) has become one of the largest and most respected providers of cancer care in the Southeast with over 15,000 new cancer cases in 2023 and services provided at over 55+ locations. The NHCI is accredited by the American College of Surgeon's Commission on Cancer as an Integrated Network Cancer Program and is recognized for providing high quality, comprehensive cancer care including screening, diagnosis, research, treatment, and support services. In 2014, NHCI was awarded a grant, as one of only 34 community sites nationwide, to lead a National Cancer Institute Community Oncology Program (NCORP). The Georgia NCORP is dedicated to providing patients throughout the state with access to clinical trials while remaining in their local community.
