Job description

St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates seeks to recruit a fellowship-trained, board-certified Thoracic Surgeon to join our established Thoracic Surgery practices. The surgeons perform a full range of surgical procedures in a high-volume community hospital setting within a physician-governed environment at Samaritan Hospital and St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany, NY, and Troy, NY.

St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates is a leader in Thoracic Care in the New York Capital Region. Our programs have been recognized by independent healthcare quality researchers as among the best in New York state and nationally.

Opportunity Details:

1. Join a team of two other surgeons in an established, supportive practice.
2. Primary location in Troy, with an additional site in Albany.
3. Hospital-employed position.
4. Call rotation of 1:3.
5. Clinic and surgical office conveniently located on hospital campuses.

Requirements:

1. Board-certified or eligible by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery.

Recruitment Package:

1. Salary range of $600,000 to $800,000 per year, including incentives and bonuses.
