Job summary

Intermountain Health's Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah seeks a Critical Care Intensivist to join a growing ICU team. You will care for complex, critically ill patients and support advanced critical care therapies at our quaternary hospital.

The role includes night shifts 5:00 PM–7:30 AM, about 9–10 shifts per month, with teaching opportunities and potential academic time. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school.
• Residency training in Internal Medicine or Anesthesia or Emergency Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in Critical Care Medicine.
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
• We are not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

• Practice at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah.
• Work a night schedule of 5:00 PM–7:30 AM.
• Average 9–10 shifts per month (approximately 1,680 annual hours).
• Have opportunities to participate in medical teaching.
• Potentially to receive protected academic time.
