We're looking for a passionate barista to join our growing team! Our ideal candidate appreciates the quality of a well-crafted beverage and is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to each guest. When you join, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, prioritizing customer service and quality. You should be able to speak authentically about who we are and our menu items. If you love coffee, are a team player, and have a good sense of humor, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do

• Create & serve our full beverage menu, maintaining consistency with Maman's standards
• Work with top industry equipment and high-quality, locally roasted coffee
• Manage your time effectively and multi-task efficiently without compromising quality
• Work on the barista station, delivering beautiful & artistic espresso beverages
• Communicate seasonal specials & encourage guests to try our best-sellers
• Build relationships with regular guests through warm hospitality and impeccable service
• Make decisions to ensure guest happiness, team cohesion, and profitability
• Keep your station clean and organized
• Address and resolve guest concerns
• Assist with restocking at the end of your shift, supporting team success

What We're Looking For

• Experience in third wave coffee
• Minimum 2 years of barista experience
• Front of house experience with a passion for cookies
• Knowledge of industry trends & love for latte art
• Commitment to quality, aesthetics, and customer experience
• Ability to make guests and team members feel good
• Positive, collaborative attitude and quick learner
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and events
• Sense of humor and ability to stay upbeat under pressure
