Job description

• Perform cleaning within the department as directed including but not limited to dust and bean clean up, shoveling snow.
• Use hoses to wash down areas.
• Trash and sanitation duties including but not limited to bathroom and breakroom areas.
• Assist with supplies and inventory.
• Assist with fire extinguisher checks as assigned.
• Cut and remove bean samples.
• Work safely and assist coworkers as needed.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Follows Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ability to operate mobile equipment including but not limited to bobcat, tractor, forklift, unloading deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills / Experience Requirements :

• High School Diploma / GED preferred
• Ability to work safely and follow policies and procedures
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willing to work overtime and flexible hours
