Job summary

Amy's Kitchen is seeking a sanitation associate to perform standard cleaning of food processing equipment and facilities in our Pocatello, Idaho location. You will follow SSOPs, handle cleaning chemicals safely, and help maintain a clean, compliant production area.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, read chemical labels, and follow simple instructions. On-site training, benefits, and growth opportunities are provided. This shift is 3rd and not sponsor eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and identify chemical labels.
• Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard cleaning procedures on equipment and facilities.
• Disassemble/assemble equipment; apply cleaning agents; scrub and rinse.
• Follow Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) and complete required paperwork.
• Notify supervisor of malfunctioning equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of production, packaging, and warehouse areas.
• Be certified to operate a forklift and scissors lift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
