The position is Production Labor Coordinator for the third shift, reporting to the Production Supervisor.

The role focuses on staffing, scheduling, training, and work coordination, while supervising staff and communicating day-to-day updates to work-teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working in Manufacturing Plant.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and track a large volume of information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standard staffing roster (by line, by role, by shift) in coordination with Production, Planning and HR.
• Assist with the coordination of training & onboarding schedules for new Line Support staff with various functions.
• Assist Production Managers with Kronos Training / Labor Tracking.
• Review line assignments in Kronos, report errors to supervisor.
• Coordinate staff scheduling/movements for monthly Alchemy Training.
• Lead Production Team Meetings.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
