What You’ll Do

This job requires, but is not limited to the following duties:

1. Operating a forklift while following all safety regulations.
2. Following all factory GMPs to ensure compliance with all internal and external standards.
3. General cleaning and housekeeping of production areas to ensure safety of employees and safety, legality, and quality of product. This includes:

• General sweeping and vacuuming of production areas to remove product buildup on the floors, equipment, and surrounding areas.
• Removal of trash, waste, and recycle before shift end and as needed throughout the shift or when instructed by the supervisor or management.
• Any specific cleaning tasks as requested by the supervisor or management.

Staging materials as needed throughout the shift and for the next shift.

Relieving other positions during breaks, lunches, or in times of need per supervisor or management request.

Ensuring the washroom is clean, organized, and free from buildup throughout the shift and before the end of the shift. This includes:

• Keeping the chemical cabinet locked and secured.
• Cleaning floors, keeping sinks free from tools and debris.
• Hanging all tools properly.

What You’ll Need

• Manually lifting 50-70lb bags, boxes, or tubs and moving pallets as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior work experience in a processing facility or in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work overtime.
