Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator license certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to work in a diverse work environment.
• Dependable with punctual attendance.
• Proactive with initiative and accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Maintain accuracy in audits, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork such as picking sheets and bills of lading.
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Collaborate with team and adapt to performance guidelines of the contract.
