Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic part-time Supervisor for the third shift (Sunday–Thursday, 8:30 p.m.–2:30 a.m.) to lead a food service team and uphold service excellence.

You'll coach staff, ensure sanitation and safety, manage costs, and communicate effectively with clients and executives. The ideal candidate has prior food service supervisory experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Food service supervisorial experience required
• ServSafe certification preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience handling cash and reconciling banks

Responsibilities

• Supervise food service team to uphold service, quality, and cleanliness
• Manage profitability by monitoring sales, food cost, labor, and controllable costs
• Lead team meetings and coaching as needed
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards compliance
• Interact professionally with clients, executives, and staff
• Provide timely responses and guidance to clients and management
